Practice the Foundational Subjects in a Clear Order
Bar exam study becomes easier when you know what each practice set is meant to do. This series starts broad and then becomes more focused. Set 1 checks your knowledge across all eight subjects. Sets 2 to 5 give you more time with smaller groups of topics, so a weak area does not get lost inside one large mixed quiz.
The questions are written as study drills, not as copied exam questions. Each published set gives you the correct answer and a short explanation. The goal is simple: answer first, find the rule you missed, then practice that area again.
For the July 2026 through February 2028 NextGen UBE period, the official foundational subjects are Business Associations and Relationships, Civil Procedure, Constitutional Law, Contract Law, Criminal Law and Constitutional Protections of Accused Persons, Evidence, Real Property and Torts. This practice series follows those same subject areas while staying focused on multiple-choice review.

How This MCQ Practice Fits the NextGen UBE
This page is useful for doctrine review, but it is not a full exam simulation. The official NextGen UBE uses more than one question style, so candidates should combine these MCQs with official NCBE samples and skills-based practice.
The official exam uses select-one-of-four and select-two-of-six standalone questions. Our current sets use four-choice, single-best-answer drills.
The official exam also groups questions around one fact pattern and may include legal resources or documents.
The official exam includes longer tasks that test practical lawyering skills such as research, writing and analysis.

This 50-question starting set gives you a quick check across the full subject list. Civil Procedure covers federal jurisdiction, pleadings, summary judgment and preclusion. Contracts reviews formation, the Statute of Frauds, UCC sales rules, damages and third-party rights. The set also includes negligence and intentional torts, constitutional rights and federal powers, criminal law and constitutional protections, hearsay and other Evidence rules, Real Property, and Business Associations.
